So, retired and looking for an inexpensive rig and came across a Ford 450/Tioga 28R, with 6000 miles on the odometer, asking $20K. Not knowing a lot about RV's, I'm wondering if, price aside, a 13 year old rig, even if lightly used, is a potential money pit and therefore almost any price is too much. I have no idea how these things age when sitting around. This one has been sitting in a storage in Vancouver WA, and I am looking for advice from someone far wiser than I am. Was this,in general, a good/mediocre/bad year for Tiogas?
Please accept my gratitude in advance for anyone who is willing to take the time to get me "knowed up"
Cheers,
Ray
