Tried to install 3wLED bulbs in place of original ones. When I turn on the lights, the bulbs are super dim and do not light up. When I turn off the switch, I can still see them slightly on (the main ceiling hall ones). Has anyone had this issue? Is there something else I need to do? I obtained dimmable LED bulbs and not sure what else to do.
Currently the only way they work is if I leave an original hallogen bulb on with rest of LED.
