2015 Thor Hurricane Slide

Purchased a 2015 Thor Hurricane 32N and when the slide is out there is a crumpled rubber seal? sticking out.  Dealer says there is nothing to be done about it.  Am contacting Thor Customer service directly but wanted to know if anyone has other suggestions.

Any chance you can post a clear picture of it? There are seals and there are wipers and sometimes a wiper looks funny if it does not fully deploy or retract.

My experience with Thor Customer Service has been excellent and I feel sure they can explain the issue. It would be helpful to get them that same picture if you cannot get your dealer to explain it to you to your satisfaction.
