Our menu was rather good.
Friday night, since we got to the RC track late it was grilled cheese sandwiches and chips (Easy clean up)
Saturday breakfast it was eggs, pancakes, bacon
IF we would have stayed another night it would have been this
Sat lunch, Pasta with a red sauce
Sat Dinner, BLT and chips (Easy Clean up)
Sunday Breakfast, Oat meal and fruit
Saturday we did take out. I over guesstimated on how long the racing would take and all the racing was done my 6PM. This is a stark difference to the Corn Roast race they have every year where racing starts at 10 AM and goes till 1 in the morning. We were packed up by 7 PM and home by 9:30 PM.
