I had an eye opener yesterday.
A seemingly normal 3-wheeled motorbike turned the corner in front of me at a stop sign. To my amazement I noticed his left rear wheel ( he was making a left turn) raised into the air about 2 inches while turning. He was going very slowly.

I blinked and then noticed that there was a drive wheel between the two outer rear wheels. Something akin to "training wheels" on a kids bike. The actual bike was full size, not a toy and a matured man was driving it.

Wish I could provide an image, but I believe you can imagine the sight.

Is this a new fad or have I been missing something all these years?
I am not a cycle user, just an admirer/luster.  ;D

Thanks Jim, that explains it perfectly. I didn't know such things existed.

I am impressed with the alleged 'lean' angle; don't think I would like to try it at the max.

Wonder if this is an American idea. If so, "ain't America great".
