A question for non full timers, overall vehicle budget

We have only had the motor home since july, my wife has never driven it (I have offered her on numerous times), she is only after getting used to driving my Toyota 4 runner any distance.

For weekend trios we probably don't need a toad but would like to have the option to have one for longer trips

It's pretty daunting driving in the US after being in the UK so I sympathise.

I find driving in Michigan surprisingly easy compared to when I lived in Belgium where they drive like lunatics. Driving in my home country of Ireland is fairly easy.
