Annual Property taxes - WV, PA, DE

We are considering a move out of Maryland when I retire in a few years.  It's currently between Delaware, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.  Which states require annual property taxes be paid on book value of a motorhome?  I already paid over 5K to MD for the purchase of the motorhome.  After that it's under $200.00 every two years for tags if I stay in MD.

I know WV does for cars, but wonder if they also do the same for Motorhomes.

WV has the personal property tax that will apply to your RV.  We pay on our 5th Wheel, not sure of the formula they use though.

In Pennsylvania it costs $81 per year for motorhome registration.....no personal property tax.  $36 to register a car.

You may want to consider also, Pa does not tax retirement pay.

Just renewed our 2012 Jeep and 2013 MH license. DW just wrote a check for $2500 in Wyoming. The govt will always find some way to tax you.
