'Anyone Tried the Costco AP200i Generator?

Hi there,
We were at Costco and saw the Smarter Tools AP2000i generator with a Yamaha engine. It's only $549, which is an awesome price.....it also sounds quiet at 51 dB at 1/4 load (not sure what that means if it's running full power).

Originally we were looking at investing in a Honda and getting two, so we could acheive the 3000W needed to run the a/c in the trailer. Im not sure if these can be connected the same way?

Has anyone here tried these? What's teh review/feedback so far?

At what distance -- compare w/Honda or Yamaha distance. Sound drops off as the square of the distance, so a few feet makes a noticeable difference in the numbers.

An email or call to Smarter Tools would determine if two of the generators are capable of running in parallel. If the connections are there, seems like no reason why they would not.
