Does anyone know if you can get repair parts for Carefree awning systems.  I have a Carefree Pioneer Manual Crank Upgrade kit and on the crank end, the white metal pin connections to the arm broke.  They could make them a little beefier but all I really need is the one part that is mounted on the end with two screws and not the whole crank mechanism.

Try getting in touch with www.carefreeofcolorado.com  They are supplying a wind sensor for my awning and are pretty easy to deal with. If it's available, they can get it to you.

Carefree doesn't sell retail - they will send you to a dealer if you want to order something.  I have found PPL Motorhome Parts to be excellent for ordering special parts - helpful and fair on pricing. For an awning part you should have the awning model name and number, which usually can be found on the roller tube.
