Camper Truck

I want to travel the US and Canada in a truck camper. What should I know before I even begin?

I'd start with some of the beginner articles in our Library (link above), including those about weight vs truck/tow vehicle (principle is the same), winterizing, sewer systems, etc. I'd also hunt through the various topics in our Truck Camper section. I'm not much into truck campers, but I expect someone will be along who knows more and can advise you better.

One of the first things to consider is that you have an adequate truck to carry the camper you would like to travel with. All trucks are NOT created equally and the weight (Load or CCC) they can carry safely can vary greatly. The Truck Camper section here is a great place to start.
