Camping with a great view of Mountains....Houston to Colorado....where?

So I'm in the Houston area and want to go to Colorado.  But I would like to stay at a park with a good to great view of mountains.  Doesn't neccesarily need to be outside the window view but even walking within the park and at least seeing something. 

any suggestion for you more experienced RV'ers?
