Changing lube oil in front wheel hub on Spartan Chassis

I need to change the lube oil in the front tire hubs.  I see where there is a 5/8" plug installed but for the life of me I can't figure out what tool to use to remove it.  I am thinking about getting a drill operated pump and trying that.  Anyone have a good idea on how to drain the oil from these?

I bought a sucker tool from Harbor Freight it holds 16 oz .Looks about like a grease gun.If your plugs are faded in color it is a good time to replace them as they shrink  and crack with age.(insert joke here)

Thanks for the reply and info.  I bought a hand pump and two new plugs to replace the old ones when I'm done.
