The new 75A converter arrived today and is fitted. All batteries read exactly as they should. They've held their charge and have settled at 13.6V after a brief 14.4V boost from the converter.  The EMS board arrives Monday.

Actually, I wouldn't consider the batteries good until used without the converter. You are actually reading the float charge from the converter. Measure after being at rest and then again after some use. Or, test with a battery tester that puts a load on the battery. The battery capacity may be greatly diminished.

John, I ran them with no charging for two days and they stayed around 12.3V give or take, but I know they may be damaged. Planning to take them out to have them load-tested. Thanks.

Good idea to have them load tested. A good battery should stay at 12.6 volts for several days. 12.3 is about half discharged.

The load test showed both house batteries and the chassis battery as 100%, so I guess I'm lucky.
