DiCorp Wheel covers/simulators......where to get?

I know it's a longshot, but does anybody have a clue as to where to get a replacement (rear) 16" DiCorp BOLT ON wheel cover/simulator?

apparently I left one somewhere in Oklahoma....

I have been SCOURING the internet and cannot find any. Heck, I cannot even find a complete set of 4 new ones that are compatible....(they use the lug extenders and bolt on) This is for a '96 Ford chassis Pace Arrow 34J

Didn't they go out of business? You might begin calling RV Salvage and Surplus Outlets - used RV parts
