Regardless, I'm told that a "partition" can be something as simple as hanging a blanket between the driving and living areas. This may vary from State to State.

I hung a thick blanket beween the driving and living areas, took it to the local Cop Shop and they said I'm good to go. They just warned to check state laws whenever I cross
