After spending many years in the window industry, there were very few if any who messed with that in normal thermo-pane windows, let alone RV windows. Normal procedure is to order a replacement and take out the old and install the new. By the time you would get the glass out and do the repair and re install, you might just as well install the new.
However I could be wrong, it has been know to occur on more than one occasion, if you don't believe me just as my SWMBO, she'll tell you. ;D ;D
