Engine immersion heater

Can anybody tell me where to buy a Kim's Hotstart TL101-000 engine block heater? You can go to the Hotstart web page and they are very helpful about which part to buy but they don't offer any option to order one and they don't offer much info about who might sell them. A web search mostly turns up "zero" for the model that I need, TL101-000.
