I have a Mini and deciding on EZ Tow Foldable Tow Dolly with Brakes...looking for members experience and suggestions

I have a foldable Kar Kaddy w/ surge brakes, it works fine. I've heard some of the really lightweight cars may sway some. Were that the case you may have to strap a sand bag or two to the tongue.
