We have been purchasing fresh water hoses from Wal-mart which do not last long at all.
My large hands make it difficult to connect the hose to the camper and I usually end up either not getting the hose tight enough or breaking the end of the hose. (leaks)

I've tried buying the brass two piece ends and replacing the male end, but the brass ends  cut these wallyworld hoses....... sometimes after or during there first use.

Does any one sell a quality hose for rv'ers?????

I just bought a new hose from menards.  It seems to be of a higher quality and the best part was it was on sale because it was the end of the season.

Lowes or Home Depot should carry better quality hoses. I won't waste my time in wallyworld.

I searched West Marines website and i couldn't find a water hose. The have a nice site, however.

Most places sell potable water hoses from Camco or Valterra, whether they are Walmart or an RV dealer. You will likely get the same hose in any RV store or aisle.

There are better quality hoses available, though. Just make sure they are rated for "potable water" or "drink water". Expect to pay about twice what the Walmart hoses cost.  Here's a couple sources:

Thanks Gary
I'm going to order one from Acerhose. The initial cost is higher but it will probably be cheaper in time.

I carry 3 hoses of different lengths with me. Can't remember exactly where but most likely I got them at either WM or Camping World. They have each lasted 5+ years with no issues.

1 of them has "wings" on the female coupling that makes it much easier when attaching and removing.
