fridge problem

my rv was parked and not level.the fridge was left on.now it isn't working.did I ruin it??or is it an easy fix?

Quite possibly ruined the cooling unit, but what fridge make/model and what are the detailed symptoms?  Do the control panel lights come on? AC mode activates ok when on shore power?  Gas flame lights in LP mode? Any cooling at all?
