Frozen start to snowbird season

I would be a first time snowbird. Have a 26 ft travel trailer. It's parked & Winterized for the Winter here in MN.
Is it a good idea (or not) to drag it out & head South in the Cold Weather (maybe subzero). Does this damage anything
towing it in the cold?????

ANy tips?

It's never too late nor a bad idea to head south.  They tow them from the factories all the time in cold weather.  I use to winterize using the blow down method, fill my fresh water tank the night before or that morning and head south. When we got far enough south where freezing would not be a problem we just stated the water pump.

I would plan my route based on weather reports. The cold is not the problem as much as possible snow/ freezing rain.

I used to do it all the time. I wouldn't put any water in it until we were safely out of the freezing areas.
Also make sure you don't have any liquid foods such as canned goods, milk, etc stored in it.
