We are a couple months from making the move to fulltime. We were very lucky, my parents gifted their Class A to us when they stopped fulltiming and we had the benefit of watching what they did. We started downsizing several years ago. One thing I learned from having various sales over the years is "estate sales" net a much better profit than "yard sales" and the final sale in May will be a "moving sale" Like many people, we have TONS of family photos and it isn't practical (for us) to take them all. I 'invented' what I think was a pretty neat solution. I bought iron-on transfer paper, scanned in the images, ironed them onto fabric then made curtains out of them. Practical and functional!
