My propane furnace keeps blowing fuses while running overnight. My 5er is brand new and we can't figure out why the fuses blow. It happened twice this weekend. Can anyone help?

There is another thread about this
As the batteries run down current i9ncreases.. This might be the issue.
Anything that "Restricts" the blower,, Bearings sizing, Insect nests, Even blocked air ducts/vents can also increase the current.

Finally vibration (some is natural when a blower is blowing) can wear through the insulation on wires.

If you are using shore power when this happens, it won't be a "low battery voltage" problem. If the problem occurred when on battery, try it on shore power instead and see if that cures it (just so you know why it is happening). If it is low voltage, we still need to figure out why the load is causing that much voltage drop. Usually the furnace stops heating long before a fuse will blow.
