The old Dolphin's roof is getting pretty tired..and I don't want to have to deal w/patching or applying coatings..
A friend does rubber roofing for a living and has agreed to replace mine this fall..He gave me a price including some wood repair where it is "soft" that I couldn't refuse..
I never store anything up there and am considering not reinstalling the roof rack..course since I have it I could put it back on...any thoughts??
This will take a ton of worries off my mind..
Hope this roof and the old girl, and me, last another 20 years..

George
