Hello from PA

Just picked our first RV on Monday, a Rockwood Ultra Lite 8311SS and are very excited about joining the RV community. We are former boat owners but find ourselves land-locked in Pa. Have been thinking about RVs for several years, finally took the plunge. Plan to stay in Pa for a few months, but have a short trip to Ohio planned for July to meet some old AF buddies. Glad to be part of the forum, we could use the advise and wisdom of your experience...

We too hang out in PA (up near Erie) and have a Rockwood Ultra-Lite.  We get out as much as possible and have quite a list of spots in PA and OH that are worth the drive.  We especially like to hang out near bike trails.

Have tagged a couple of campgrounds near Erie, right on the lake. Can't wait to get to that part of the state. My mother's family is from Pa, but we spent 20 years traveling compliments of the USAF then in Maryland. After a 5 year "retreat" to  NC, we moved back north to be near all the kids. Looking forward to hitting the road.
