Sometimes if you google the item plus the word manual it will direct you to the correct place. Sometimes you can even download them.

Often, there is no "manual". You can download a chassis manual, one for the stove, one for the fridge, etc. Likely no documentation on electrical or plumbing exists. HOWEVER, right here you are connected to a group of experts (not me) who can help you work through most any issue you have.
