Welcome to the forum. Good luck on the upcoming retirement. I had planned on retiring before 50, took an additional 15+ Years. Seemed like several lifetimes. May yours go quickly!

Welcome, this does seem to be the friendliest place on the web.
Most important, watch out for water damage.
There are two types of RV...those that have leaked and those that are going to leak.
With RV's they say have a lot of money or be handy.
