I had one person I was helping. She ask for some cash to buy food. I told her OK but NO TOBACCO. Well she wanted tobacco.. NOt food. NO cash and no purchase.
Last I knew she was begging on the street with her husband. I suspect they are both in jail again now.. They would not do as told so they got in more and more trouble.
