Civil War Hunter here. I don't have a RV but my parents are planning on getting one. I am a metal detectorest and was wondering if anyone on here is one also. I am 14 and home schooled .

Hi Daniel and welcome to RV Forum. I've seen some folks using metal detectors but it doesn't seem to be a widespread hobby among RVers in general. Seems like an RV would be ideal for someone to travel around and search various sites, though.

Does your choice of screen name suggest you like to hunt for Civil War artifacts?

Yes, I hunt in French Creek WV one of the all time Civil War sites. I found a three ringer " Bullet " from the 1860's. It was dropped and was in such good condition.
