House batteries not charging

I had the same problem I had 13.3 at batteries I checked the current flow and it was zero. Changed the converter. It pays to have volt/amp meter pull the cable from the converter to the positive post set your meter to amps and put the probes in series with converter cable and battery post. 
 
Interesting thread. After reading it, along with past experiences of my own having an older RV, update if at all possible. You're much better off if you plan on keeping the current RV around for a while. The newer technology converter/chargers are far better for battery life and care.
