How to stop leak in air mattress

Any ideas on how to patch a hole on the suede-like material on top of an air mattress? We have used a rubber repair kit and sealed around it a couple of times, air still slowly leaks out. Are we wasting our time?

Get a different one.  That's what we did.. Repairing is a PITA    JMO

You would have to remove the suede to get the patch to seal.. That or figure out a way to force sealant into the hole so it patches on the INSIDE.  I really do not suggest you try that.
