One of the reasons we like having breakfast at a Waffle House from time to time is because we can watch our food being prepared.

I've worked in restaurants since I was 15 (32years)
My best advice is to eat at a restaurant that cares.
I work at a steakhouse and eat there regularly.
The best restaurants retain staff for years, promote from within and the staff eat there regularly.
At our restaurant; We have pride in our product and service we give our guests.
(restaurants like this tend to not be fast food joints!)
If you are going to eat out, go somewhere good, take our time, enjoy the atmosphere and the service.... dine, don't just eat.... (it will definitely cost you, but I feel if it is special occasion, indulge and enjoy.
