Don't know what has four bolts but all the Dometic units have two so that might leave Thetford or some electric ones used in motorhomes.

Very few current models have 4 bolts, one that may work for you though is the Dometic Sealand 510

You can get a riser that has several different bolt patterns to match a toilet to a dissimilar floor flange. It adds a couple of inches to the toilet's height and also widens the footprint to provide more stability.
