So we?re in a site that?s low in the rear and lowest at the left rear. Owner provided some lumber to help me get level and as my left rear jack was reaching for level, the lumber broke. We moved the coach and got leveled without lumber, the left rear jack is noticeably out of plumb.
Is this something that needs attention and, if so, how urgently?  It?s pretty far extended now and seems all is well.

If it's bent, you may have trouble retracting it,, you will know soon enough but you also may not be able to leave or drive with it down.>>>Dan

Probably slipped at the mounting bolts and just needs re aligned. Possibly bent the frame mounting points making for a more complicated repair. Won't know until you crawl under there.

I had something similar to that 2 years ago. My left rear jack over extended because of a dip in the ground. It would  not retract and I had to get a mobile mechanic to remove the jack and put it in the back of my car.  Even being removed from the coach it wouldn't retract. New jack was $900, labor was another $20. Fortunately,  we were able to finish our trip to Albuquerque and back without jacks.
