Kitty Delete on PSD 6.0

Wanted to try an experiment since I live in a state that doesn't require a Cat.  I ordered a straight pipe replacement and took down the cat.  No noticeable increase in noise but can hear the turbo a little more. 

Will be towing from the campground to home tomorrow so I will post up any new findings.  I hope to see 50-100 decrease in EGT's...so we'll see.

Well....short trip home...truck towed great, we were full of Grey and Black water to dump at storage.  Truck ran fine felt like maybe a little more power but that could be in my head.

No difference in sounds in the cab either.  Almost seemed more quiet.    I suppose freeing up some air flow helps move some sound back.  Dunno.

you can tell it has a little more low rumble growl to it now and you can hear the turbo spool.
