I have a 1999 Overland and recently the latch came off on one of the basement storage doors.  Overland is no longer in business and have been having problems figuring out to get latch back on.  Any suggestion would help.  Have attached picture.  Thanks.

It looks like you will have to remove the latch from the door first. Once it is off insert the handle and put a new pin and capture washer on, then reinstall. You might find the pin and capture washer at Ace hardware or Lowe's.

Before you take it off, you may want to carefully go around the latch with a razor blade to cut the paint so it does not chip the door during removal.

Look on the inside of the door for an access panel.  My Fleetwood had this latch and if you have the access panel it is an easy fix to put a new latch on.

This where you can get a replacement:

If you have all the parts you can put it back together.  What generally happens is one of the pins on the hand latch will work itself out and then the handle falls off.  You can remove the piece on the door and drive the pin back in.  There is a plastic piece the pin goes through between the back plate and the handle.  If the plastic part or pin is lost, call the above company for new ones.  They may send the free.

Note the back of the base plate where the pin goes may need to be cleared away to expose the pin hole.  Use Loctite to secure the pin.
