Left Turn brake light out on 99 Gulf Stream Conquest Ford E-450 Super Duty

Left Turn brake light out on 99 Gulf Stream Conquest Ford E-450 Super Duty.  No Left Brake Light or TS; All other lights & Hazards work OK, but No Power on the (yellow wire) to (L) TS/ Brake Light. Tail light OK; Left front TS DOES flash fast.  No evident fuse problem, no evident wiring harness issues, unless in a protected area.  Anyone have a wiring diagram to show if this is fed from fuse, switch, or relay... hate to start busting into good chassis wiring harness to find a break if problem is up front somewhere?  (Side issue: I just bought this vehicle and plan to replace Headlight Switch due to dash light dimmer control issues.)

#1  switch the bulb to one that is working...that will tell you if it's the bulb.

you say the hazards work,  does that bulb flash ?  is it the exact same brightness as the other side ?  if not,  then you likely have a bad ground to the taillight assembly. 

all that switching of these brake and turn circuits take place inside the steering column turn signal assembly,  it could be in there along with the dimmer switch issue.

Will crawl back under there today, and realize it (could be, issue w/) yellow wire starting up front, but I (now) strongly suspect factory splice in rear axle area for trailer wiring, so I will start at that breakout and let you guys know.  Yellow dead at taillight and at trailer plug.  I have read about corrosion issues at these joints.  Wish me luck

SOLVED:  It was a simple 10a. fuse in engine compartment fuse box, cause had been a damaged wire on the trailer harness that i also repaired first; guess I am getting old/ blind/ senile :-(  :-* :-* :-* woulda been a lot wasier in my younger years
