On a class c motorhome are leveling blocks need for both sides of the motorhome?

not normally, generally you do one side or the front or back

Obviously depends on the terrain, but in most cases you will want levelers for only one or two wheel positions, one or the other side or front or back.

As stated depends on terrain, have been to some strange ones
