Looking for a smaller bunk house trailer with door

We have been trying to find a bunk house trailer that is under 29 ft and has 3-4 bunks with a door for the bunk house.  Some have the bathroom in between the rooms.  Most of them that have bunk house with doors are 33' or larger.    We would like to keep it small to keep the weight down (1/2 ton truck) and be able to camp at some of the smaller sites.

I have been using the rv finder at rvingplanet.com to see if we could spot one and we have been to the local dealers. 
We thought of finding a older one and renovate it (lots of work!).

Any suggestions?

Greg, I just bought a new KZ Durango 296bh 5th wheel.  Bringing it home tomorrow.  This will be my first so I can't give you much in the way of feedback other than I love the layout.  I especially like the 1/2 bath in the back that has a door to the outside.  That ought to keep the kids from tracking horse hockey through the living area.
