The Total Eclipse was one of the most amazing things I have ever seen and I think there is another one in the US in a few years.

The next Total Solar Eclipse in the US will be on April 8, 2024.  Totality will cover a wider area than the 2017 eclipse, starting in Matizlan, MX and entering the US near Piedras Negras, then going through Dallas, Indianapolis, Cleveland, Buffalo NY, Burlington VT, central Maine, New Brunswick and Newfoundland.  The maximum duration of totality will be about 4.5 minutes in central Mexico decreasing to 3.5 minutes at the Maine-New Brunswick border.  The maximum duration of the 2017 Eclipse was about 2.5 minutes.
