There are several vehicle service companies with similar names but you probably mean this one: RVs by Private Sellers
My understanding is that there is an upfront listing fee and no commission, but you can get that on RVTrader for less. But NVS handles the inquiries for you, and that's a big plus for some sellers. I don't have any personal experience with them, so can't help you much.

If the business name is National Vehicle Service I found noting in an internet search with 2 different search engines.
