Nav app with weather overlay?

I'm looking for a GPS navigation app for iOS devices that will overlay weather maps. That way you don't have to jump back and forth between say Google Maps and the Weather Channel apps.

I know of several aviation programs for that, but they don't use road maps -- I've never come across one for road use, though.

The Garmin RV 760LMT is suppose to have that feature but I have not used it yet

I was really looking for an app for my smart phone rather than having to add another electronic device to the mix.

Not a GPS but a good idea of what you can expect is at: http://www.wunderground.com/wundermap/  then click on the Trips tab.
