Hi my husband and I have a 33ft Travel trailer parked on our farm in Kentucky .. we full time while we build our home. This has been very tiring and every day we seem to have more difficulties. The cold weather is playing havoc. We have no hot water today. Valve into water tank was frozen this morning but that is now resolved ... have cold water hut no hot ... anyone have any ideas...please.. we really want this experience to be kinder to us but it is a struggle....

First, welcome to the forum!
How cold does it get there? Do you have heated tanks and hoses? If your hoses are freezing, that could cause some issues.

Hi thank you. Right now it is 27f and snowing. We have 4 seasons trailer so underbelly is sealed apparently and arctic ready. We have city water connected with a heated hose ... problem.is the valve connector is not heated so that frozrnthis morning... we resolved that ... our problem is we have water out of all cold water faucets... but no water at all from hot water faucets....

My recommendation would be to check all the connections, as in where hoses connect, go into the water heater, come out of the water heater etc. Because if water froze inside a hose and couldn't expand past the connection, it could have separated such connection.
Is it safe to assume it did work at one time and now doesn't work after hitting freezing temps or have you not been able to get hot water from day one?

Please be a little more specific and answer these questions.

1) You say that you have no hot water out of the faucets. Does that mean that you're getting water out of the hot water faucets but it's not hot?

2)  or is it that when you turn on the hot water faucets, you get nothing out of them?

3)  Do you know what brand and model number your water heater is?

4)  Does your heater heat the water on electric, propane or both if you wanted to.
