I have a 2010 Keystone Outback 270BH. I'm trying to figure out how to manually retract my Dometic electric awning should it fail.  Any info. would be great. Thanks Hugo.

Welcome to the RV Forum.


Our Dometic Weather Pro had a cable to plug into the connector and run to a separate battery if the wiring or controller failed. Not sure what it would take if the motor quit.

Jeff, thanks for the reply. I went on the Modetic Awning website and think I found my answer.  I don't want to mess with the awning till I have to. I just want to know how to override my electrical items.
