Noise coming from RV fuse box

I have had a high pitch "pulsing" noise that emulates from the fuse box. Its seems to go away when I turn on a few lights. Any ideas on what this is?

Does it happen when on battery only, or just on shore power?  Is this "fuse box" also the 120v breaker panel? Does it have a brand name and model number on it?

The noise is probably coming from the converter section of the panel I think.

Yes this is also the breaker panel and it only occurs while on shore power. The manufacture appears to be world friendship co. and the model # is WF-8955AN.

It is a WAFCO converter and they have a nasty habit of going south and the fans in them particularly often. What is the voltage coming out of it?
