What have you done.. Greatly improved your life..

Now that you have your trailer you can go visit family that may be a bit scattered (Mine runs from Los Angles to Cape Cod. can't get much more scattered in the USA less you visit Alaska and Hawaii) 

Since you plan on Full Timing you can sell the sticks & Bricks and dump that tax load.  Not to mention the high cost of utilities.  (Which are often included in your site rental)

I'd say you done good.
