Got ours about two years ago and wouldn't go out if it wasn't working.  Very good addition that permits a much more enjoyable shower.

They are available on the Internet.  We paid about $25 for our white one.  Chrome is more expensive and CW has them on sale periodically.  I also just bought a Delta H2Okinetic shower head for the house which claims a similar technology.  I got the bigger rain style (6") and it does work very well.  $41 at Lowe's and they have other styles and sizes.
