Bob F, did you see my PM a few days ago responding to your question? The notification email got caught in your spam trapper, as did a follow-up email, although I received a "you're white listed" message.
For a paid host, I don't understand why Bluehost is telling you that you're using too much server resources. It's possible that you might be using some kind of software or forum or blog script that makes many calls to the DB and thus sucks up loads of resources.
