Is this quiet enough?
The closest neighbor might be 5 miles. The dirt road (not even gravel, it is just dirt) just north of us is a forest road that gets very little traffic. We have camped here for a week and not a single car went by. About a mile to the left the dirt road intersects with a gravelled forest arterial road that leads to a lesser used National Park entrance. Hard to see in the photo is the fishable creek to the right of our rig. The meadow on the far right is filled with wildflowers in the spring and early summer. Deer and elk graze there in the mornings. Downside is no cell coverage here. Maybe that is an upside?
But Google Earth found us here.... what are the odds the satellite went overhead while we were there?
