On an Oshkosh Chassis - Just got it last month, has 40k miles , 7.5 kw Onan diesel with 375 hrs , all runs good ,, all the systems work good, no leaks or de-lamination. I just replaced all four coach batteries, the chassis batteries are good. It spent the first 20 yrs of its life in a climate controlled garage and it shows. A local RV mechanic said it was one of the best rigs ever built. I sure hope so ,,, for my sake. Had trouble with this site accepting my pics, they were under size limits so here is a link to a photo bucket i set upi for the pics. I'm still going through it as my back allows (fused lumbar) anther reason i needed a smooth ride. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL                  http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG880.jpg.html?sort=2&o=23                                                                      http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG881.jpg.html?sort=2&o=24                                            http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG883.jpg.html?sort=2&o=26                                      http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG884.jpg.html?sort=2&o=27                                                          http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG889.jpg.html?sort=2&o=31                                                              http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG890.jpg.html?sort=2&o=32

More pictures,, i have replaced the coach battery pack ,, which was shot,, with 4 - 6 volt Trojan T 105's. The original refrigerator roof top vent was in good condition but replaced it with a nice new clean white one. The rubber roof is in good shape, no fissures but being 25 yrs old i may re-coat it to preserve it and give it a nice white reflective look. I removed the old sealant carfully at the roof to wall seam as it was deteriorated beyond function. Dicor No Sag for that application and self leveling for the roof spot repairs. I scrubbed the roof with Simple Green but that leopard spotted looking roof is as clan as its going to get ! LOL                                            http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG832.jpg.html?sort=2&o=0                                        http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG834.jpg.html?sort=2&o=1                                        http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG839.jpg.html?sort=2&o=3                                        http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG837.jpg.html?sort=2&o=2                                              http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG840_1.jpg.html?sort=2&o=4                    http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG841_1.jpg.html?sort=2&o=6

Pics off roof to wall reseal , i carefully removed the old sealant with a dull tool and used Dicor No Sag                                        http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG849.jpg.html?sort=2&o=10                                                      http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG854.jpg.html?sort=2&o=13                                                      http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG855.jpg.html?sort=2&o=14                                                  http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG858.jpg.html?sort=2&o=15                                                              http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG876.jpg.html?sort=2&o=19                                                    http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG877.jpg.html?sort=2&o=20                                                                http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG878.jpg.html?sort=2&o=21

More pics , Blitz insisted in being in one to the point to where he jumped up in the basement lol                        http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG897.jpg.html?sort=2&o=35                                      http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG898.jpg.html?sort=2&o=36                                      http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG907.jpg.html?sort=2&o=43

When we going dad ,, huh ,, huh ,, i'm ready ??? Blitz is ready , he loves the big windshield and the windows he can stick his head out of with the screens pushed aside,, and he has  one on his passenger / copilot seat. While i was cleaning the glass the other day he was sitting in the passenger seat looking out the front and then back at me as if to say,, well start her up ,, lets go dude,,what are we waiting for ? We are waiting for 4 rear tires and a few other things ,, it will be awhile before the shake down trip. I have 5 acres so we can camp right here by my shop as we shake her down !              http://s176.photobucket.com/user/z06madman/media/IMG899.jpg.html?sort=2&o=36

Very Nice Rig, and Very Nice Find !!

WELL taken care of.. Obviously.
[/quote  Thanks Big Joe ,, i found the Fleetwood owners warranty card from ,, its orange and has the name " Carlton Cook " on it. The guy i bought it from said Carlton was a millionaire and the original owner, who had used it sparingly for 20 yrs but maintained and kept it in a climate controlled garage. Its in pristine condition on the exterior, the decals are amazingly bright. I still can't get over the condition. and the man i bought it from is a diesel mechanic , so i feel very lucky for this to have  crossed my path just b110 miles from me in LaBelle Fl. !!!! The level jack system does not work and the electric stairs need a motor i believe,,,,,, a little at a time , and i'll get her back up to snuff.

Great looking rig. Just like my previous rig that I sold 5 years ago. It should be a good rig for you. My biggest complaint was that the two stage charger was great at killing batteries. Change it out to a 3 stage one.

Your dog looks just as happy with your rig. Great looking rid and great looking doggie!!

With the exception of the color of the stripes (mine had the orange ones) this looks as good as the one I sold in May of 2015.

The new owners call and thank me at least once a month, LOL.
